Preparation Instructions (what you need from the customer to do the job)

To better align with your vision, I’d love to receive a reference image that represents the mood or aesthetic you have in mind. Before the event, I kindly ask clients to provide: A short briefing with details about sponsors, key people, or important moments that should be photographed. Clear information about the location and address, as well as the date and exact time of the event. The expected duration of the event (the cost is calculated per hour). The preferred delivery deadline for the edited photographs.

Cancellation/Refund Terms

Booking & Confirmation A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on the details (date, time, location, duration) and a deposit or written agreement is received. Cancellations If a client cancels: 3–6 days before the event: 50% of the agreed fee will be charged. Less than 24 hours before the event: the full fee is due. If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of any payment made, and I will do my best to recommend an alternative photographer. Rescheduling Clients may request to reschedule the booking (subject to availability) without extra charge if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. Delivery Final images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by client feedback, selection, or late information may extend this period.
