Preparation Instructions (what you need from the customer to do the job)

To make sure everything runs smoothly, I’ll need: A short description of the project (type of video​/​photos, purpose, and mood) Date, time, and location details Any specific shots, moments, or must-have content you’d like captured Branding guidelines, logos, or style references (if applicable) Contact person on the day of the shoot for coordination Optional but helpful: Example videos​/​photos you like as inspiration Notes on how the final content will be used (social media, website, event reel, etc.)

Cancellation/Refund Terms

Cancellations made 7+ days before the shoot: Full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the shoot: 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot: Non-refundable. If I need to cancel (rare), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Rescheduling is possible based on availability.
