I am a drag artist who mainly works as a Drag King (Beyefendi). I want to contribute to the community by spreading this practice and showing people a new way of connecting and exploring gender and gender performance. My drag is very much inspired by my Kurdish​/​Turkish background and being a queer immigrant person in Germany, so I talk about the racial aspect of gender performativity as well. I teach Drag makeup, character building and movement, lip syncing, different kinds of performance, and ways of utilizing the stage. The main focus points would differ depending on the duration of the workshop.
